so my feedback is in the red by .1% and my review is on 20th i was told if this months didnt go below red that would effectively be it.

i've contacted old bad feedback and had 2 people remove but i literally need feedback asap as it takes up to 48 hours for the dsr ratings to update. i send out over 150 items a week with a free gift and complimentary slip and i get about 2 feedback each time.

ebay said its not fair to make someone leave feedback so they dont make them, yeah but its fair for the sellers to be punished when in reality the only people who ever want to leave feedback are the ones that arent happy.

ebay is horrible but i need it to live on. any advice how i can get a good bit of feedback and reeeealy fast like in the next 24 hours?

I find that if I message the buyers asking if they got their good and to let me know if there is any problems, it spurs about 60% of said buyers to leave positive feedback.

if your feedback is like that you need to look at your business model, something is not right

i've read the posts about boosting feedback and what to sell, my products are £1.50 and they sell well (not as well as they used to considering ebay dumping me at the back of the listings)

And as regards the numbers not being right as a business model, I had a family crisis that was unavoidable and it ruined my feedback terribly i get all of my items out the day they are ordered now that i'm back on track, but people do not bother leaving feedback, I am .12% off being back in the green its a case of getting a load of good feedbacks in a day.

I will try the email thing thanks for that helpful advice.

Hope the crisis has become resolved. I feel for you - it happens and yes, sometimes bad sellers have used this excuse so much that buyers take it for granted
