Unpaid item strike reversed. What does it mean?

I opened an unpaid item dispute and after 8 days I closed it with the reason that buyer didn't respond. However, today, when I looked into the dispute, I found the "Dispute status: Closed: Strike Reversed." and found buyer left me a message that he didnot realize I didnt' accept Paypal and didn't want to pay via Google and that I answered him with a snide remard.

As a matter of fact, he rarely answered me and when I told him I didn't take Paypal in a polite way, he never responded, which made me file a dispute.

I am not sure his message was left after I closed the dispute or before I closed the dispute (I might've been not paid attention to see if there was a message from him).

So what does it mean: Strike reversed? Do I need to do anything, The dispute shows the option that I can relist the item, but Final value not granted.

I was kind of uncomfortable because he can turn me in to Ebay saying that he can't pay Paypal and was forced to pay via Google. But I dont' think he knows google is unaccepted.

Please give some advice.

I wouldn't mess with it, leave it alone.

I agree, let it go and go on.

Absolutely. Move on and put it down to bad luck.

HI, Hate:
Yes- it used to be ok, but in the last few months- to AVOID being scrutinized, Ive been foregoing the measile fee refund, and counting on the Buyer to return the favor via POS feedback.. It seems to work..
>.NOTHING WORSE than a Spiteful Buyer-e-so YES,Move on!! :)

Modee, you're right, I just searched and found that the 1st unpaid striked can easily reversed by buyers. The only thing they need to do is to click on "Appeal" buttons, and the strike gets reversed. The only thing I don't know is how I didn't handle the matter properly. But well, I won't mess with it.

However, can the buyer still leave a negative feedback in this case- after the dispute was closed?

I've found buyers that get their strikes reversed are more likely to neg.

Ever since the new feedback system, buyers just bid and they change their minds on a whim and don't even care to pay. When they get a strike, they get as upset as when Britney Spears shaved her head and went crazy with the umbrella. They go "How could you give me an unpaid strike?! What did I ever do?! Remove it at once!"
