Activity: 0% Longevity: 63% | | DSR question - Reset Time?
Greetings,
I have 4.55 in Shipping time and I guess eBay needs these to be over 4.60 or over 4.80 to raise my selling limits.
I have stopped selling on this account and would like to know when will my DSRs be reset ted to 5/5? an year maybe?
Looking forward towards some answers.
Regards,

Ah, well in that case it sounds like the account is out of action for a while to come. I would check it every 3 or 4 months just to see if limits are back. If you have nothing to loose, you could also ring them to see if there is anything you can do to increase limits, but this does have its risks. Is the low DSR the only issue on the account?

You probably never verified your Paypal or have been linked
Your DSrs aren't that low they are good
I had raises with one sale 0 feedback
And raises on account with a negative on the 3 feedback than I quickly sold and received 7 positives total 9 and got 100/7000
So it's not all deterred with DSRs
Yours aren't bad and need slight improvement
But different reason confirm Paypal

Why not try starting a new account, but this time ship faster, give better shipping rates & better communication then your DSR wont fall so much.. No point worrying about an account when they stop you from selling.
When you first see the DSR's falling, that is when you should try and fix them.

My account is registered from Hong Kong and I ship from HK, rules on HK accounts are very different. If you do not use the eBay recommended shipment method, your account will start losing limits, I have sold $50k-$60k worth of items in an year and that too not second quality items. My Paypal is verified and is 3 or 4 years old. I started losing limits from 2000 items a month to 1500 a month and so on, I didn't pay much attention because during that time I was just listing 200 items a month and probably just making 100 sales a month so I assumed it was because my account was not listing any were near 2000 so they were taking their limits back.
I have had a lot of problems with PayPal and eBay, they have suspended my eBay+Pp every chance they received and requested for documents, everytime I provided them with their required documents somehow and they had to unlimit/unsuspend my account. I have fought for this account as it is my main account and now it's stuck! stuck due to bad DSRs they say. They say when my DSRs will improve I'll automatically receive selling limits and be allowed to list again. They say it's automatic and no representative or manager can manually add limits to my account. I have already spoken to many different eBay HK reps and they all said the same thing. |

In order for you to improve your DSR's you have to be able to sell items and receive feedback.

The DSR's are calculated on a 12 month period.
So your DSR ratings will only improve (if you cannot sell) 12 months from when you received your first 10 ratings.

Complicated OP - contact eB and push for reinstated and make stealth backups. You have already contacted eB so that option is gone so...no other real choice.

To bail yourself out of low DSR, you have to continue selling. DRS could easily be represented by a dumping motion; when the negatives out-weigh the positives, or vice-versa the DSR will fall or rise. The lower the feedbacks, the lower the percentage and the lowest the DSR.

I had to phone ebay to tell them the logical excuse as to why my DSR's fell below at one point. I had a car accident. They gave me a about 3 months and a reasonable selling limit to improve DSR
