What are some things to say in email when you are asking for positive feedback, with out begging.

I thought I remembered someone posting some sample emails around here, but I wasn't able to find them when I searched.

heres one i use for Amazon Buyers:although there are no DSR's)-- I Always get 5 stars from buyers, not even a 4..
