Has anyone seen an uptick in negative feedback since they eliminated the use of negative feedback left by sellers?

I have already has two negative fb on 2 different accounts without being contacted first by the buyers.

Has anyone seen an uotick in really, dumb negative fb.

I understand that there was retaliatory feedback by sellers when they got a negative, but when there is no deterrence for unjustified negative fb, we have more EBay anarchy.
