Make item details private in feedback?

I usually list my items with a private listing.

Unfortunately, during a relist I forgot to tick the box again, and
it listed as standard.

Buyers have left feedback, which is no problem, except that it shows the price
at that time, which I have since raised!

This could be offputting to new buyers, so is there any way that I can set those items to be private, after the sale?

Any advice would be very helpful.

Cannot be done other than to make all your feedback 'hidden' as far as I am aware.

That's what I thought unfortunately.

Kicking myself for not being more thorough, but lesson learned.

Sell enough things and that feedback would soon get pushed to the next page.

Yes, actually as a lot of buyers haven't left feedback yet, I'll do a little friendly reminder to them.

Good thinking, thanks!

cant change it now, but raising price of an item is part of business so I doubt people will complain

Avoid this problem in the future when you relist

Yea, I agree. Anything I sell via auction. I prefer to make sure the listing is private. Because if it is public and it sells low. I have every low baller and their mother messaging about my fixed price items.

On the other hand I don't want to tip off anyone who may "overpay" compared to what I would normally sell an item from previous auction sales.
