Negative Feedback Removed
 

I have several stealth accounts.
I did a Hassle-Free refund with NO communication from the buyer and they still posted neg feedback for no reason. So I called in and within 10 min got it removed. Because the buyer never complained to me or made any contact.

I also had one removed from 4 months ago when I discovered the buyer has never left ANY feedback except neg feedback. They said that was a violation and so that was pulled. I suggest to call eBay when you get a neg feedback. How could it hurt?

Calling in for ANYTHING can go either way...Good or Bad. In your case you turned out fine but with anything that has to do with Ebay....it's a risk.

So what people have to know is.....If you call in, have ALL your information ready and be prepared for any curve balls Ebay may throw your way.

They could on a whim decide to do a deeper review of your account

Many of us do not call because we do not want our accounts scrutinized by an ebay rep for any reason.

Each seller considering dealing with the removal of a negative must analyse the matter.

There are numerous factors involved with getting negative feedback removed.

They must be appreciated before taking action.

ID on an account is not always safe passage. it may be better to not have ebay look too closely.

We had 76 positives on a relatively new account.
But any eBay seller can receive negative feedback from any eBay buyer.
Regardless of what one sells. Our products are basic and not VERO.
