Bad Feedback Revised
 

Ok so i put in my listing that my item was used, and that it was only half full, new in box was going for about 20-30, so i sold mine at $8.95 Used and 1/2 full, in original box.

the buyer gave me bad feedback because the seal was broken and it was only 1/2 full WHICH I STATED in my listing and priced it what i thought was accordingly to being 1/2 full, less then 1/2 the price of new?!?!

after emailing a couple times i got no response. NONE! so i sent a change feedback request. and it was declined. is there anything else i can do?

I would just report the buyer to eBay. If they have a history of these kind of things they get booted.

I agree with vogeltron. Also, look at this person's "feedback left for others" and see what kind of feedback he leaves.

What was his feedback comment?

If it says something that was said in your listing, I think eBay would remove it for you.

It can be changed, go to livechat and ask for a manager.....eg. if feedback says 'it was supposed to be new but it was used, terrible ebayer! but the listing says it was used - it IS removable. Keep trying, if one agent refuses, go back and try again with someone else. I know this works alot of the time.

If the feedback is something like ' bad service, not happy at all' that is an opinion, not factual, not removeable.....

if it is a mixture of fact and opinion, more of a grey area......but would still try as the factual part is relevant and provable.......eg ' it was used and supposed to be new, and I was not happy with the communication'.
