-ve Feedback restored after reinstation?

So when an account gets suspended any -ve feedback that account left for sellers gets removed, right?

So I'm wondering if the buyer manages to get his account reinstated would that -ve feedback be restored or would it be gone forever?

Anybody had any experience in the matter?

One negative on a suspended account. Got the account back neg still there. That neg won't go away until 12 months has passed. I've never left negative before and now can't anyway. Today they shut that account down for 30 days. It takes way too much effort and oxygen trying to figure them out. They don't deserve me, my time, my money or my business. I'm done.
