Have you ever received 1 negative feedback with the value of 50 negative feedbacks?
 

Everything was going great for me.

I sell my items, get paid, earn thousands a month.

Till some so called buyer came along and almost sent my account into the grave. The buyer complained about there being something wrong about the item, I accepted a return.

I wake up today and see my feedback percentage go from 100% to 98%. The negative feedback was soo bad, he even left his phone number on there so buyers think again or don't even buy from me at all.

I've maintained 100% Positive Feedback for about 4 years.

What should be my next move? This guy has almost 300 feedback which may indicate he is a competitor on a buying account.

I'm actually laughing, I still can't believe he added his phone number there.

Now I get the picture, Every time I would get a negative feedback, It would come from people who have 0 to 10 feedback, so must mean they were competitors.

That feedback can be removed by ebay for having personal information on it.

I had a buyer once who left me a negative feedback with personal information.
It was removed by eBay. You would have to get in touch with them. Get in touch with them through eBay Live chat. Always works

Report him for breaching the rules.

Personal info is not permitted.

Put on blocked bidders' list.

Scream.

The leaving of phone number is a stupid move by the negative feedback-ee....finish him off

Also, for future reference, in the UK for eBay, there is a procedure for removing the comment, though not the negative feedback mark itself. Has to do with the UK's interesting defamation laws.

Yea, you can get that removed easy.......by putting his phone number in.......a vindictive person could really cause him some problems............

It would be wise to start by reporting the buyer/feedback if no answer then I would call them have all your info right on hand no waiting time to answer your bdate things like that then simply tell them a buyer put personal info on your fb which is against the policy will erase the neg fb and even look closer into his account see if he is harassing other sellers the same way
