What to use for educating my buyers on DSR's??

I found something before but lost it in my computer somewhere.

Anyway, I am looking for something to put in my emails OR that I could put on my packing list that will tell the buyer that really only a 5 will not punish us and that I will do anything I can to get their (5)star rating. As we all know a (4) really is crap. I just rejuvenation a 1999 account and I would like to keep it. I already throw tons of freebie stuff in the packages to help a little.

Thanks

Give them links to stuff on eBay telling how 4.3 is considered bad.

Okay I'm pretty sure I can help on this point.

My DSRs got really low for shipping time as I was shipping to another country for 95% of my sales. Got to 4.3 and for 3 weeks I was demoted on the listing and sold F All.

I bought A4 sticker pages with 24 stickers on a page, printed my address onto them and also I printed a little sticker which I stuck to the wrapping of the item saying basically

Thanks for your purchase. If you're happy with this item please leave me 5 stars in all areas as DSR feedback is very important to me. If there's any reason why you wouldn't leave 5 stars, please let me know so I can resolve the issue. Thanks again!

Went from 4.3 to 4.7 on that score and all the rest went up as well. People won't give a crap if you put it on the listing but when it's there when they open the parcel they are much more inclined to take notice ;)

Apart from the big notice which pops up the first 5 times they go to leave feedback which says "Sellers can no longer leave negative feedback" (leave it for them! leave it! make them pissed and email us and our useless helpdesk and waste their valuable time!!)

Every so often I add that link to my delivery confirmation emails. Twice I got emails asking me to "stop sending spam!"
