Not that stupid then :D But yes. it's atrocious behaviour that is being tolerated by eBay. I love searching for these super buyers in my spare time. The most common trouble makers I find are with user names that have number in them iscamu7888, inegu38882, etc.

So much negs, and still online. Wow! I remember a story of a guy who left 6 negs in a short time with legit reasons and was banned. And such miserable ones live happily...
