Buyer's feedback "he didn't ship yet" when item already in transit
 
I urgently need your advice on this feedback I received last night:

"I paid on 4/15 it is now 4/22 and they have NOT shipped it"

This shipped from outside the US and tracking shows "Arrived at USPS facility" on 4/20. The buyer disregarded tracking info and their feedback completely contradicts tracking on the item!

I want to contact eBay to have them remove the feedback for me but am unsure if my case is covered under any policy? Before they can remove any feedback, as far as I know, you must quote them the corresponding policy under which the feedback is to be removed
Or can I simply tell them that the buyer's feedback represents false and misleading information, without quoting any policy? How would you handle this?

I would appreciate your help on this file

The feedback is not related to Seller Performance.



There were issues with the delivery that weren't caused by poor seller performance- this includes a package being held for collection at the courier’s postage facility. This results in Feedback removal.

I will definitely try but just to be sure I'm giving them the right reason - there weren't issues with the delivery, it's just that the buyer disregarded the tracking information thinking the item wasn't shipped yet (when it was still in transit, but not held up)

Well if you say that to eBay you can forget this feedback being removed. They are not particularly happy about you slagging off their money makers.

The buyer says on April 20 I didn't ship the item yet, when tracking clearly shows acceptance on April 17, how come they won't remove the feedback, the buyer is making false claim whether intentionally or not, and this reflects negatively on my profile :s
There weren't any issues with the delivery, the issue is with the buyer since he falsely claims the item wasn't shipped, and it was
Then what am I supposed to tell them in this case?

You are not getting this.
Don't use the words like disregarded, making false claim, etc.
Just state the feedback removal reasons.
The feedback is not related to Seller Performance.
There were issues with the delivery that weren't caused by poor seller performance.
Don't go into how it is buyers fault.
Remember
Customer is not always right,but there is no reason to prove them wrong.

Ok perfect got it! One last question: I uploaded the tracking number within stated 2-day handling time but the acceptance scan shows on day 3; is it possible they will decide not to remove the feedback only because the acceptance scan wasn't within promised handling time?

Hello, I need feedback from "username" removed because there were issues with the delivery not related to seller performance

Just write them this and they'll remove it?
