sellers nightmare

well, i didn't know about this buyer until he/she purchased from my store! fortunately i always look at their feedback and i was literally drop dead viewing this buyer's feedback left to sellers.

So, i decided to ship Express mail instead of standard intl delivery, and i am in constant touch!

Well after a week, he/she writes to me it is taking too long and i need the item the next day!
I realized the he/she will leave a negative feedback and wrote back that i will offer complete refund and when item arrives you can keep it.

By refunding him you are positively reinforcing his behaviour.

It sucks when you run in to a nightmare buyer, but bending over for them is not the right way to go imo.

I know a lot of people have good success selling internationally but personally I refuse to sell outside the U.S. I don't care if I "potentionally" make a large profit. Are there a$$holes everywhere? Absolutely they are everywhere.

Report the buyer to eBay. Seeing how 95% of his feedbacks left are negative, he's a typical case of "abusive buyer" to eBay's point of view.

Ebay don't do anything about obvious scammers on their site - Im talking about buyers using hacked paypal accounts and such to actively scam and steal from people.
So I doubt they'll do something about a buyer who is actually paying.

Right, ebay doesn't care. As long as they are in the clear from any legal action, it's your problem, not theirs. Hate them so much.

If you sell legit stuff with fully working tracking, and it arrives exactly on time, that is described in the item details... just ignore him. If he leaves a neg - instantly report him to EB, they will ban him, as it is a classic asshole buyer, who is always not satisfied, and abuses other fair traders.

...she is obviously ordering from abroad and typically it takes 3 weeks, she is not allowing for this, she has a screw loose....

God I really wish I knew how to open a service to teach pricks like this a lesson. When that happens to me track down the closest family members possible and f with them. I save all prick ebayers and just people in life to a file and wait then have some fun. Hell I called the school of a kid and said I was concerned bc "Chad" has been taking boys and girls in the closet to play doctor. A few of us parents are concerned by the extreme sexual behavior of a 9 year old. Then reported with a call to CPS and a typed letter. Hahahaha. Funny thing is I couldn't even remember why he was on my list but it had a star and the details haha. These people wont learn and Ebay does nothing so screw being mature and get even. They are taking money out of my pocket so a job is fair game!!

But yeah you handled it right, if you got bad feedback still shoot me the details and I will be happy to pay them back :)

I suggest to report this buyer to ebay. Such "users" need to be banned immediately...
