Hi, sellers can send out 5 request per 1000 feedback received. But I only have 45 feedback, how many request I can send? 0?

One of my accounts only had 3 and i sent one out .. 5 i guess is from 0-1000 feedbacks

Does anyone know the link on ebay to get feedback removed? Like a mutual withdrawel. I got a neg on one account but they want to remove it but I can't find out how to do a mutual withdrawel or whatever it is. Thanks
