Low Communication DSR despite no communcation
On a new eBay account (not stealth) that I created just under 3 weeks ago, I've received 21 feedbacks, with all DSRs at 5/5 except for Communication which is 4.8/5.
The thing is, I've had no communication with any buyers so far. The latest person to leave feedback (who I believe is responsible for the low Communcation DSR because the score dropped after receiving feedback from them) left a 'note to seller' during payment. Does this count as 'communcation'? Furthermore, is it worth calling up eBay to get this removed?
I am the first person ever that this buyer has left feedback to. His account is 2.5 years old and the feedback left for me was "fast and reliable seller". It's possible that he doesn't understand the feedback system and left a low star accidentally... |
