How to remove negative feedback help
 

hello i am a seller at ebay . i am selling on ebay(dot)com and the buyer has left me negative feedback . its been 4 days and i dont have any revision forms left.
all the negative feedback values are under 3USD . could any one tell me how do i get the feedback removed . please advice waiting for everyones reply THANKS

Your unlikely to be able to get it removed I am afraid. What is the reason for the negative having been left?

"all the negative feedback values are under 3USD" - what's that mean? Do you have a steady problems with neg feedback?

Tell us the grounds for revision in YOUR opinion.

Did you fulfill the contract and send the codes or not?

Seems like you need to check yourself before you reck youself- All out of feedback revisions is not a good sign.

Perhaps contact buyer, talk to them? Or tell us what you sold and what went wrong- I assume it has something to do with quality of the product that you sold.

Guess the issue isn't so big a concern to the OP since he hasn't followed up (yes it's only been a day but if important...I would follow-up quickly)

I have too many negative on my ebay account due to my stupidity,can i close the account and open a fresh one. People are not buying from me due to those negative comments,and if i open a fresh one can i still use my old paypal account. So painful because all the limit have been lifted on this account

Sure you can start with a new account, but you can't use the same Paypal.

the feedback you have to use some personal reference to you, or offenses, in these cases eBay removes feedback

not just the offensive/personal stuff, also it can be generally unreasonable in some way too.....

I have got things removed for that reason, if the are a one-off, not loads like OP.

some examples I have had out of many are;

unhappy as could have got it cheaper elsewhere (If I could reply, would say,
why dont you buy it there then, moron?)

seller did not inform me about when courier would deliver (If I could reply, would say, I uploaded tracking, moron)

seller would not let me collect. (If I could reply, would say, I did not offer collection on listing, moron)

Its worth a try....

Just dilute the negative feeback with smaller sales that you don't make much profit on. or make a loss on.

Can use another ebay account with the same paypal, just cannot sell the same things on the account.
