Account Suspended - Waiting For a Refund Of My Fees Paid
 

Hey Guys,

My account was suspended back in January. As a result I had a credit balence of a couple of hundred pounds in my account. I requested a refund and Ebay said it could take up to 30 days, 30 days have come and gone and I've received no refund. They are now saying it can take up to 60 days. The refund is supposed to be sent to my bank account via paypal.

Am I being fobbed off here?

The account had made up info and everything was goign OK, until I got Vero'd 3 times in a week.

Do you think I'll ever get the refund?

When I am in this situation I send ebay emails asking for my fees to be refunded to the credit card I paid them with.
I send this email to them about once a week for a month on until I hear back from them.
I have ALWAYS gotten my refunded eBay balance refunded back to my credit card.
But you MUST keep on them or you will get "Forgotten about".

Why wouldn't you just file a chargeback for the fees with your credit card? I did that, worked great, bye bye fees.
