WOW, things are more complicated than I thought.
So we better not let Paypal/ebay touch our bank account when pay for their fees?

If the name on the PayPal doesn't match the name on the bank account then the payment would fail some of the time so its not worth taking that risk.

What you can easily do is just make sure you have enough funds in the PayPal account to cover the eBay fees :)
