Default eBay credit card question

Under seller account it says my eBay account has not yet been created until I add a card for seller fees. I added a vanilla card to PayPal with no problem and I did add the zip code to the card. Then I linked the PayPal to eBay. Why can't I see my selling limits? Do I add the card to eBay too?

Update: So I just figured out how to confirm the card with PayPal after adding it. It charged the card $1.95 or whatever and gave me a code I put it in and it's now confirmed but under eBay seller account still showing account not created until I add a card. I thought I didn't need to add card to eBay just PayPal and use the one time payment button when paying eBay fees?

No bank is attached yet

Ebay wants credit card on their so they can charge you for fees. when you sign for a ebay account best when you sign up for seller account ask for payment just add credit card and you wont be ask for anything else

Of course you can always just pay your fees with Paypal, but it will strengthen your eBay account a bit if you add the vanilla card there too as a "backup payment method." Doing so will make eBay a bit more comfortable with you, because it makes it seem like they have a backup way to get money from you in case your Paypal account ever goes down for any reason.

If I were you, I would simply add the same card you added to Paypal to your eBay account.

Ya you have to set up fees with PayPal or credit card before you can list the item. I don't have the bank set up yet so I'm waiting a couple weeks and browse before I even start selling until I add bank going to make sure the account don't go down And then add it. I'm going with Bank of America

Ya that's what I was about to do last night was just add the card but now that I set up automatic fees with PayPal how do I add my card to eBay I don't see the option anymore. Under back payment method it says none. Would I have to undo the automatic fees with PayPal then add the card and setup the fees with PayPal again?

Actually I think I have to wait till I add a bank so I can put bank as preferred method and card as back up.
