Negative balance: when fees come before receiving

Hi, I have a stealth ebay/paypal account in which the fees come first, then my pending balance will be available 2 days later. I can't really add money in this. Will it still be available as a negative balance on the account and still release? Or will they seize my pending balance?

I'm pretty sure the automatic fees payment will fail if you don't have enough in Paypal. Then you can manually pay your fees. I don't see Paypal seizing your balance because of this.

No problem with either but why not just add a Prepaid card and pay fees one time in this case?

Can I really pay with a prepaid? I tried to add funds, but the only option was through bank account.

You pay directly from eBay. Click "make a one time payment", then click "pay eBay directly with my credit card".

EDIT: This is how I pay all of my fees on my business account with a dead Paypal which uses a merchant account for payments.

How is the merchant account working out?

I get this when trying to pay.

I assume because of the credit balance, I don't have to pay at this time, but due date is today.

You dont owe anything NOW. ALL accounts have a statement and if the balance is ZERO you dont pay anything. It is the same as any other bill.

It's a nightmare but it's better than losing the eBay account. Lots of customers refuse to pay with anything other than Paypal, merchant account checkout doesn't work on mobile devices, communication between eBay and Auth.net is shoddy at best, etc...

In short we lost 90% of sales on that account.

YIKES!

So you are going to age a paypal account and add it to the old ebay?
