Paying Ebay fees with overseas bought prepaid card
 

Hello,I would like to pay my Ebay fees,US based Ebay fees with a prepaid card bought in my country. I loaded my prepaid card enough amount to pay.
Has any one paid their US based Ebay with non US prepaid card?Please share your experience.
Entropay does not work for me.
If there are any services on the marketplace that sells virtual credit card that is used to pay Ebay,please pm me.

I wanted to add my Paypal has put a hold on the cash on the account due to delayed delivery which is at US customs.I am not able to use my Paypal account too.Thank you.

Are the virtual credit card you offer purchased from US market/shop?
I will pay you with my prepaid card or paypal,when you confirm my payment,please in form me the vcc information.
