Using the same debit card used in Paypal to pay for ebay fees
Would it be safe to use a debit card that I used in my stealth paypal account to pay for my ebay fees since eBay does not allow payment using paypal for users from Malaysia.
My concern is when eBay charge my card will eBay find out that my actual billing address is not the same as my stealth eBay's address; or vice versa; meaning my bank wont accept the charge from eBay since the billing address supplied by eBay (do they?) does not correspond to the bank's record.
