KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT IN GOOD STANDING - PAYMENT NEEDED (was paid 5 days ago)

I'm getting this msg on a few stealth accounts. One of them has been using paypal for months to cover the fees on ebay. And the last one was 5 days ago but I get this msg saying I need to owe them when it was paid?

XXXX account are due by your invoice due date. To keep your account in good standing, you must take steps to ensure the Current Balance due is paid by that date.

I had this on 2 accounts and both were paid. Late thing or just a new thing ebay is rolling out? Or is it just another awesome great GLITCH! As GreenBean would do :juggle:

The other account has real business banking, real phone not voip, etc.

Login with paypal & ebay. Fees show paid and no problems.

I have this on 2 accounts as well.

It is also a topic on the EBay UK Business Seller Board.

By the number of reports rapidly increasing it is yet another glitch...

Oh the phone with another one of those "AWESOME REPS" telling me I need to pay up then I told them how I did. And yeah she sees it. So lame and dumb these reps. Entire time she is not even billing dept.. When she said she was. Lulz.

I'll go with Glitch after reading donkeykong here. I just hung up on these people. Useless!

This is 100% a glitch.

I have received 2 emails in Thunderbird, yet in the EBay Accounts affected there is currently no email received.

Reports in the Forums are mounting. Makes me wonder if they have been hacked again.

On August 20, we sent you an email with the subject line ‘Keep your account in good standing - payment needed’, indicating that your payment was due. That email was inadvertently sent to you. We’re sorry for the time you may have spent reviewing and responding. We value your time and we apologize.

Your account is in good standing and there is no action required by you.

I got this on the accts that received that email

everything is fine, ebay just sent out emails to those who got that message. Even on the phone prompt for those not reading this is in red. I'd make this text bigger if i could lol.

Thanks all!
