Then ebay can technically take a hit on your credit by taking you to collections

If you do not pay then they may send your account to a debt collectors in Morocco.

I know in some countries they will chase it, "Arvato" in Poland for example, you will know when you get an email from the debt collection company

I would do some online research in your local language to see what the repercussions may be

I had the same, 180 days frozen funds around 2k usd.
it says i have to pay over 900 usd. i got my real account info.
I have not payed and i live in sweden, i dont know what will happend.

anxious to know what would happen too.

i have like 575$ in ebays fees but my 180 days hold is about to be over soon enough.

Ebay can not take fees from a limited PP. I don't know if it will have an impace on your access to PP funds though - I have always paid my fees off with a gift card or vcc

been waiting for the 180 days hold to be over so that i can pay the fees after its been release to me.

You need to wait 180 days or you can pay with your credit or card or change the account by calling customer care.

Even when the 180 days hold on PP is up, it will stay limited and you won't be able to pay ebay fees with it still.

well, i have a debt of 670pounds only on eBay for about 4 months but my paypal account not touched for some reason.I live in Greece

her paypal account was restricted for other reason,then now her Ebay fee comes due,she cant use her Papal fund to pay the fee

Hi while i cant comment on this for any legal reasons i will say, when i paid fees back in 2014 i owed them £1200.00 and i forgot.

Its 2019 now.
