Angry Should I pay?

my 2nd account got limited due to non performance crap.
i have to pay $36. I have perfect fb score until this 1 b*tch who bidded 5 items and left 4 neg and 1 neut all at the same time. one day its good and next day is unexceptable. The b*tch revised it. And its still a non-performance.

So should i pay the $36? Ive received 2 emails when i emailed ebay@resolve.com

1 email says to pay and will get me unlimited.
the other says i'd have to wait till 30 days for non-performance. Each chat says i have to wait 30 days and its not bc of the unpaid fees that caused the limited account.

So should i pay and hope they'll lift my limits or should i just forget it. i owe $65 total. But need to pay$36.

i have another powerseller account. i knew i should've made a 3rd one at that time, i was just lazy. back then when they accepted GC

Hmm i see that ebay will suspended that account if to doesnt get a great performance before 30 days or you dont pay the fees.

If the account is not link to your powerseller account(ie: Name, Address, ip, etc!). Let it die.

I agree! Let it go unless you want to pay the $36.
