Fees via VCC
 

I am trying to pay fees from VCC(netseller). It keeps saying error .
I no longer have the bank account linked and the account is suspended.
How can i pay the final fees?

Is that Neteller ? On Neteller go to your account settings and check the address matches the billing address on eBay.

Ah i thought with Neteller you use your legit address and then as the cards are prepaid it wont matter?

You could use entropay. Its a non-avs vcc which basically means you dont need to faff around with matching addresses. Payment will go through, even with stealth address on eBay.

Though note - entropay is just for paying fees via ebay, not adding to paypal as that can cause limitation.

Yeah i heard not to use entropay to PP etc.

why not use paypal to pay ebay fee. always keep some money in paypal .

For the non US residents, they can't use a US paypal balance...
So the only way to use a USA stealth account is by putting a different paypal account to receive money and paying fees using credit cards

OP is not in USA but has a US paypal account,he cant use his Paypal balance,
