Updated info on paying seller fees without verified Paypal ?
 

I have a seller account established, I’ve made it past all of the verification processes and have successfully listed something on eBay Motors and I sold it now how do I go about paying the fees when they are due ? The card on file with PayPal is an anonymous Amex gift card (no name or address) I tried buying a cheap $1 pencil to see if it would allow me to purchase something either with the card by itself or through PayPal with the card linked and neither worked. I also tried paying a dollar to this Paypal account from my real Paypal account and it won’t allow me to use or withdraw the money without a DOB and Social security number. Any ideas on how to pay ? What gift cards still work ? My fees will probably be somewhere in the neighborhood of about $500 a month. Thanks in advance for any help.

Are you from the USA?
You need to provide SSN and DOB inorder to have a paypal cash account.
In that way, you can either spend your paypal balance or withdraw.
Having a non-verified paypal cash account, i believe you can just only withdraw, and not able to send.

Yes I am a USA account. I found an option to pay with a money order. Here is the link from eBay on how to mail in the payment.
