Chase money order problem

I used to pay ebay fees by WAMU money order. After WAMU turned into Chase, I tried to use Chase money order. Ebay did not claim the first one for around 20 days, so I canceled it and mail another one. But this time, ebay has not claim it for more than a month.

It seems ebay has problem with chase money order. Anyone has similar experience?

Due to human errors, I do not pay by money order unless it's very necessary. Had a money order(USPS MO) issue with eBay before. Never got resolved. Now I only use Paypal or VCC to pay fees instantly.

Contact ebay using Live Help and see if they can help you out at all.

You can also write messages directly to eBay billing support to provide more detail info.

My case's just a dead end. I know they got the money. Just can't get anybody to update the balance for my account. Multiple billing specialists worked on it and no result. The account is still in good standing until now by the way.
