The ebay paypal link
At present Paypal are illegally holding £300 of my money for 180 days and my ebay selling fees are overdue.
If they were to pass it on to collection agency ( not sure when) my defense will be that ebay have instructed Paypal to hold my money for 180 days therefore they are not allowing me to pay them.
What exactly is the legal relationship between the two and can eBay instruct Paypal to bypass the 180 day hold to pay themselves?
I don't mind paying the selling fees.. I owe them fair enough, but can't! |
