ebay fees question after limited paypal account
 

I recently (2 months ago) had my Paypal Account suspended due to high volume and the next day Ebay suspended me. I provided all invoices and info and id and social and paypal agreed to release my money in 180 days which I dont know why even after providing the correct info.

I looked and didnt see anything on this topic but here goes:

Question

I do owe ebay fees before I was suspended. I now have collectors trying to call and harrass me for payments. What will happen If i dont give money realistically. I do intend to pay one day (the day i get my paypal money which is a good large sum) and I was wondering what would be the worst case if i didnt pay at the moment/ever?

Would it be bad credit / lower credit score due to my social being tied to the paypal account?
