There is really no point in paying, unless you think it would make you sleep better at night.

Your new-found funds would be better spent on getting the Stealth Book judging by all your other thread and post questions.

Things became a little tricky now. A stupid buyer filed a claim after 3 weeks and ebay of course in favor of buyer as always and within one hour after I submitted my explanation.

Since as suggested, I decided not to pay the fees. But, what will happen when eBay decide to refund the buyer? Will ebay charges me the amount along with the fees, or?

I also withdrew all money in my paypal and will close soon.

I wonder how can you NOT pay your fees if you have a bank account linked to that PayPal account to remove withdrawal limits...Should the bank account be closed and never used again? Otherwise they will take Ebay fees from there... it happened to me before :(

Ebay now does dispute resolution through them. If your buyer files the complaint through them and wins, he supposedly gets his money back and they charge your Ebay account. With paypal sometimes you would win, but they would tell you there was no money in the sellers account to process the refund and you would be SOL.
Yes, ebay will charge your account for the refund and then will attempt to charge any payment method linked to account. If you used a paypal account with the ebay the will deduct it from your paypal account and then they will also try to charge any payment method linked to the account.
So if you did linl paypal, call your CC company anf tell them you lost your credit card. Then go to your bank and tell them you lost your check book and want to close your account and open a new one.
