Not Paying Seller Fees

Hello,
Recently my ebay account got suspended with a message saying mc021 fpa noticed. I removed my ebay account from my paypal profile and removed my paypal account from my ebay profile. I just got an email saying i owe ebay 10 cents. Will they forward that to some collection agency if i dont pay them the 10 cents somehow? Lucky, there is not back up funding in my ebay account so all in all they are going to eat it

they will not waste time to send a collection agency after you for 10 freakin cents.
