Can Ebay take fees owed from a Linked Account
 

my account has large outstanding fees owed...my friend offered use of their account (all prior to any knowledge of this website)..and they were linked to my account and suspended...can ebay try to pay my fees through my friends account? I mean will they try to charge my friends paypal and deduct money from friends banking account?

I know they are saying for my friend to pay the fees on linked account and they will release their account (lie) but will they try on their own to get money from friends checking account?

if you linked your paypal account to your ebay before and made it the first priority to pay the ebay fee then they do..because they just did that to me..
