I won't pay the fees, or will i?
 

Ok the thing is i owe ebay some low fees - 15$, but i've got much better ways to spend 15$ than giving them to ebay,they suspended my account, i closed my paypal. I wont use ebay anymore. The thing is, i left my real information in the ebay account (name,address .. everything). Im not from Uk or Us i'm from a small country. Can they send collection agencies agains me?

Probably won't go into collections for small amount AND oversea stuff. But why bother having a $15 noose with your real info attached to it? Agree with GB.

I think most of with stealth accounts think that they are safe because use dhcp ip and different personal info and that they can make whatever they want and no one will catch them. In this forum I read so many posts that people don’t pay fees with stealth accounts and just leave and others are saying ye it is good. It is bigger chance that eBay start looking for people that makes lot of stealth accounts, don’t pay fees and scam others, sell replicas... I worked in IT field and it is so easy to catch anyone if you are not high skilled hacker. If ip changing people thinking that they are safe, it is not true, to find you is so simple. Changing ip is to trick ebay and paypal. I don’t want to talk about technical part. So I think it is bigger chance that eBay start looking for people who harm them more than 15$.

Personally I pay that 15$ but not because I am scared that they catch me, because I will use eBay and I love that. Catching someone cost them a lot of more money than 15$. To sue to court cost more and if overseas… I think it will be good headline for newsletter: “ebay sued ebayer to court for 15$”. :)

No, i won't use ebay anymore. And if (for some reason) i need ebay to buy something very important, i have a few friends that have OK ebay accounts. I doubted too that they will come for 15$ but they keep sending that emails that say it can come for "further collections", thats what i asked. Thank you everyone.
