"Your selling privileges have been restricted because our records show that your account is connected to an account that's already restricted or limited.

For more information, please check your messages in My eBay."

The PP account that I formerly used to accept payments with this eBay account was limited two weeks ago. However, I was still able to use the eBay account without trouble (receiving payments on a different PP) which has not been limited.

My question is, am I getting this message because they know my PP is limited or is it because there are outstanding fees on another one of my eBay accounts?

They did not cancel my current listings or send me any emails, but I did get sent quite a few collection emails for the second account. Also, I can still buy items.

Obviously, you answered yourself.... this is the reason.

so, may assume this is to do with your eb debts.

They know everything about your linked ways - assume that and go fresh.

U can still to buy items. and pls wait afew time for list again..
