ebay fees after I refunded

I refunded buyers on ebay immediatly due to some holds on paypal, so paypal refunded the fees but
on ebay nothing changed.

Ebay always consider these items are sold

the sum of fees are the same and also the limits

You need to cancel the transaction in Ebay

GrannyT is right. You have to submit a cancellation of the transaction through eB and the buyer will be notified of this this by eB and once the buyer agrees to cancel the transaction you will get your fees back.
