Under your sold section, you would need to click on the item and select "Resolve a problem".

This takes you to a next screen where you want to cancel the transaction (you can choose buyer is returning item).

Then a case will be opened. Buyer has (I think) 7 days to respond.

If buyer does not respond and after the time passes, you need to go in there and manually select option to close case so you can recoup the fees.

You can only get the FVF back by cancelling the transaction.

Just do not forget to go on an manually end the case. If you do not and the time expires you will not get your fees back.

Anon is correct on this issue, some forget to go back in and close the case.
