Question about reinstatement

I have a ebay account that I have owed 198.00 in fees on for a little over a year. I started a new account recently and sold one item on it. I then listed a few more and thy were taking down because they linked the accounts together. My question is if I pay the fees that I owe is my account goin to be reinstated? I don't want to pay the fee if I am not going to be able to sell anything. Any help,would be.

1. Always pay your dues.

2. As for paying the fees and gaining reinstatement, it is possible but nothing is 100% guaranteed with eBay (keep that in mind) - but worth a shot.

3. Still learn STEALTH method - read the guide - make new backup UNLINKED accounts.
