account restriced because of fees
 

hi, i didnt pay my ebay fees because my items have not been selling well and i am not making any profit and if i pay the fees i end up losing money. the only way i can make a profit is if i dont pay the fees. right now my account has been restricted and ebay wont let me list any new items unless i pay everything. my question is , is it possible to give them the runaround and list some more items? or that account is gone unless i pay the fees?
