eBay first three final value fees removed for month of September
 

So, I received an email from eBay on my NEW account in the beginning of Sept. (Sept. 1st to be exact) saying:

First three listings will be free for the final value fees click here an activate it. I then never got my first three final value fees credited when I recently received my invoice and the message/e-mail eBay had sent me was GONE!

I called eBay and spoke with a nice lady who informed me (did you actually see it in your eBay messages?" and I said yes I did but I can't find the message, shoudl I che3ck in the trash? I never foudn the meswsage neither in the trash or my inbox

so she says to me .
" here's what I'll do since I do remember a promotion going around with the exact same details you are explaining. I will send a request to credit your first 3 final value fees."

She gave me a reference number and advised me it should be done within 24-72 hours.

My account has a 5/500 limit.
