I dont like the ebay fees?
I think the ebay fees are too high. i have been with them since the begining and from time to time the changes they make are not right.
i am happy when they have had the no fee listing days from time to time. it used be really got back in the early days. |

Nobody likes fees but a company has to make money in order to keep providing services to people who need it. You should make your own company and make it free. |

I think 101% of the people using eBay agrees with you, no doubt about that.
Is your thread just for complaining or you have some kind of proposal? A global seller strike or something...

If you dont like the fees, go somewhere else. Nobody is telling you to sell on ebay, you should quit selling, BYE!!BYE!!. I am not going to miss you.
I make my money, pay fees, just this month I paid $2103 in fees on one account. That is the highest for a single account ever for me.

Do those other auction sites have the same coverage as Ebay? Do the same number of people see your item? Is your percentage of sales on those other sites as good as it is on Ebay?
Do the math and you will see why over 100 million buyers and sellers use Ebay. |

Hey, try opening a store. It goes from 10% fee to like 7%.. Happened to me.

Try using another site and nothing comes close to eBay. With the said, you have to play by their rules and they are a business, so they have to make money. |

Alright, another thread revival!
While we're on the topic of fees.. Ebay has been withholding my 20% discount on one of my business accounts for over a month now. Account is Top Rated and is also projected Top Rated for next month. Ebay messaged all affected sellers about this about a month ago saying we will get credit for the extra fees, but the problem still hasn't been resolved.
Anyone else noticed that recently? |
