Can't add a VCC to UK eBay?

I'm trying to add a vcc to my eBay account.
I've tried on a couple accounts and I keep getting this message.

"It’s not you. It’s us.

Our server is down and we’ll have things back to normal soon. If you still need help, visit our help pages."

Anyone else had this problem?
It's been happening since yesterday for me.

Usually issues like that go on for 2/3 days. Just try again on the weekend and it should be fixed

I would also clear out your cache
