Managed payment question

So say you have 4 ebay accounts, two in completely fictitious name and two in derivation of your name (J Ralph Smith, James R. Smith). When ebay migrates to managed payments will that mean I can only use one of these? Or can I use an LLC to sign up for payments on the others.
