How to pay Ebay invoices when Paypal account limited

My Paypal account just got limited. I still have lot of invoices to purchase (bid and make offer) in cart. Do you know how I can make payment for these invoices? Just tried to add new Paypal account but not successful. Then the new Paypal account got limited immediately. Can I ask my friend buy giftcard on Ebay and send to me?
