hi,
what happen with your avaiable fund in managed payment when your account got unintentionally suspension , mc113 or mc011 restriction?

they return the money to the buyer after 30 days. Do not think they will do it for long because someone will sue them for sure

Hope they do not. it will be a nightmare for all stealth account.

yeah, i followed that thread too.
the guy replied on that email didnt understand what he was saying.
It makes me confused.

It is held.
Couple months ago I was temp suspended. For some reason my fees did not get paid through PayPal. I have had it set up to come out since day one. Anyways I received an email that I was suspended until my payment for fees was paid. I had money and sales in managed payments. They were place on hold until I got my account fees paid. I took care of it the same day.
The payout said that day payout failed. Once I paid the fees I contacted eBay and they took the restriction off and next day my payout headed to my bank.
For a long period of time i can't help you with. If the account couldn't be saved not sure what will happen to buyers payments.

Have you been able to add a bank account with different name than your eBay account?

No I haven't. I updated a while back after 4000 in sales and had to match name given to Ayden and eBay to match bank.

this sounds fishy to me. YOur account will be suspended 3 month after not paying fees. 1 month after not paying fees you can not list anything anymore. Unclaimed payments are held for maximum 30 days. so your account could not be suspended for not paying fees with held money from payments

If you can’t fix the restriction on any mp account, eB permanently holds all the payouts

Paypal hold 180days. Don't know if ebay also have the same policy.
