I think there is more chance of platting fog than Ebay changing their mind

This is going to be the new reality of trading on Ebay, at least until the regulatory authorities wake up to the fact that using Ayden allows Ebay and Etsy to by-pass the financial regulations. But I would think they have covered their back sides on that issue

Totally agree. ebay is ebay, basically they can do what they want, and they did what they want. I never even seen one lawsuit whom seller won and ebay lost. If you want to play in their game, follow their rules. Or find the grey zone in the rules and get the best out of it, like we are all doing. Currently this grey zone gets narrow, we need to figure out a solution. It's very simple like that.

This is an F-U from EB to all the sellers who double dipped by selling and not paying invoices when their acc got susp. Now they can keep your held funds when you get suspended like amazon and cover losses.
