I am screwed because of Managed Payments?
 

So ive been selling on my brothers account for a few months now but by July 15th i will have to register the account to MP. The issue is that the account is currently under my brothers name but registered under his gf address because he currently lives with me in the same address that my first account was suspended on with mc011.

He has had this account since 2016. He does not want to register the account under his name completely for MP because he will be fully responsible for the whole tax portion in a sense.

I am going to move to a new house and he is going to purchase the house i am currently at. I was planning on using my new information to sign up for manage payments (Business bank account, EIN & New address.)

Does anyone think this will work out for me or am i just screwed?

I am afraid ebay will just link this account to my old account based on my name or old address with suspended account.

(Again this account has sold over 10k without any issues)

Actually My friend you and ALL of us Stealth account holders will have MUCH greater hurdles to jump over with MPs than mere "Address" issues. The MAIN issue with MP is that for Businesses, ebay will require the SS#/address/DOB/Phone#/ and Name of the person who holds greater than a 25%stake in your company and the Verification company that Adyen uses (Trioo) has an extremely sophisticated technology platform that WILL fail your verification if ANY of the above 5 criteria you provide ebay does not match to the databases Trioo uses to extract this info. So, unless your brother allows you to use his name & above info. if you cant find somebody else to act as the 25%stakeholder in your company than yes you will be screwed!

Right but what if i dont sign up as business and just use my social and real name with new address and ip address etc?

Register under his name and pay any taxes he may owe because of it. Problem solved
