Using Previous Suspended SSN for MP

Hi, I've read on a few forums that when signing up for MP you can use a SSN that was banned on ebay because Ayden is separate from Ebay and they don't know what SSNs have been banned from EB previously. So you get a one time do over on real accounts, is this true?
