Successful managed payments
 

Hi,
I know its early days but we need to pool knowledge to revise the stealth process on MPs.
There is a lot of chat on users passing the initial document checks but then being suspended on the start date.
Has anyone been successful with either STEALTH or using own details and if so can you list a the step by step process of what you did,:en:

If they're stealth it's a high probability they'll get suspended.

might try this - change the stealth name to legit name ( keep stealth address) and then try enrol.

Of course they are having a problem with mismatched names. You must use your real name when signing up with MP so your bank account name matches.

Is it possible to create a stealth bank account with the name of my stealth ebay account?

Operating on MP with one account using stealth "registration" details, but real name / real address that was previously banned on ebay 3 years ago in the managed payments portal.

No ID was asked from me, just a business bank account statement which I uploaded. I didn't blur anything on it, left my previously suspended address on show.

It works, I hope it will be fine. But ebay can easily see that I am previously banned and suspend me out of nowhere. A risk I am prepared to take as I have other accounts waiting for the MP invite. But all good so far.

My actual dilemma is, doing the same thing on another account and then both of them either being linked, or simply triggering a bot for a ban.

I know MP do a soft credit check which they did. That's why I think users submitting false details in the MP portal are eventually getting banned as said information doesn't exist. You need to submit the information of a real person or real company whether that's your mum, brother, sister, dad, uncle or cousin. Or a friends info.

I was suspended from ebay selling approx 1o years ago and hoping to convert my stealth ac to real info but scared sh...... i think would be amazing if we get another shot/clean slate with our real info

So if Real information is the only way for MP then that confirms that stealth is over

Same boat James x1 account all sorted however to do another would link on name and DOB, panic station now as 1 hour left, anyone just letting it ride for a few more months?

What did you do? Did you send your real bank details in a stealth account? no data match?

If I have to use my REal info then how is it stealth anymore ?

I had a solid stealth account selling $1000/day for many years. I changed it to a business account with a business name that I had an LLC for. Then put my real name and DOB but instead of SSN I put EIN. So far everything running smoothly and they never asked for any documentation. If it works out like this I really like it. My only worry is if the dickheads at eBay start doing random purges again.

Hi there! When i registered i gave my stealth name and wrong bank info just so that I could pass the MP registration date. Since then I have just been selling and payments have been going to Paypal. I got an email saying “please update your info” which i ignored a few weeks back and today i got one saying “your account will be acitivated for managed payments on the 15/11/2020. Is it wise to change my stealth info into my real info now. I havent given them any id or bank statement ive basically just been milking the account for as long as possible until i can get a grasp on what I need to do. My real account was suspended about 7 years ago now so I would be entering that old account address in. Any help would be much appreciated!
